ZIE provides construction management, resident engineering inspection and construction inspection services for public agencies in New York Metro Area including NYCDDC, NYCSCA, Town of Hempstead, NYCDEP and DASNY. Our construction projects include buildings for schools, hotels, underground utilities, water main, sewers, roadways, sidewalks, pumping stations and wastewater facilities. We take charge of the projects from the pre-construction phase and remain proactively involve in the construction and the close-out phases. Our CM/REI staff make sure that all SOPs are implemented for safety and environmental matters. Schedules are developed early on using Primavera and updated regularly to monitor the progress. Shop drawings, submittals, payments, and change orders are processed in timely manner. Document control is implemented utilizing industry or agency standards. Coordination with the client, designer, contractor, and all parties involved with the project is done in an expeditious manner. Daily construction reports are prepared in prescribed forms with photos.
